NEW HVAC ESTIMATE DETAILS  7Sons HVAC residential and commercial installation department, starts with the owner of 7SonsHVAC involvement in every facet from the the first call to the office to the proposal to be given and the work performed and completed to the final sign off agreement to manufacturer and local township government codes required by every township in PA.

(WE CALL THIS: PAUL FOLLOWS PETER METHOD A JOB WELL DONE by 7SonsHVAC)

From many large HVAC companies to smaller HVAC companies and 1,000’s we have been up against for replacements of outdoor HVAC unit or indoor HVAC unit even a hot water heater and boiler unit also hot air furnaces oil and natural gas systems and heat pump systems. All require a permit and in most times never mention a permit when hand delivering it to you or by phone unless you ask.            Many companies even tell the homeowner they are responsible to pull the township permit or they will pull one after the job is done and you never here it spoken again.                                                                                             7SonsHVAC realizes this and has won most every bid we go out on.  One of the biggest problems a homeowner has when they are selling their home is that the HVAC equipment not been installed to manufacturer and township code requirements which could cost thousands to make right.                                                                                                   Many service and repair calls that come into our office every day are not operating heating and air conditioning new accounts. Upon inspection of the existing HVAC, we found out on site the failure of the 4 month old to 8 year old and older, equipment failed due to a poor installation job, or not installed to MFD. specifications and or township requirements.

Oversized equipment for the ductwork or exhaust vent installed incorrectly will cause equipment shut down or flash codes on newer HVAC systems.  The list goes on and on, oversized new A/C and heat pumps and so on.

Manufacturers do not cover parts that fail if the cause was from a poor installation. Here nor there, the money you spend for the new install could cost you in the long run for a “deal of a lifetime.”  In some cases for safety, the newer equipment must be replaced once more. We call this “PETER DOESN’T FOLLOW PAUL METHOD.”
